Mérida

Painting • Printmaking • Sculpture

William Gaber, renowned for his innovative approach to industrial materials, has exhibited his work throughout Canada, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and the United States. His artistic exploration spans various mediums, including painting, drawing, embroidery, sculpture, and digital art. The selection and variety of media he employs are central to his identity as an artist, reflecting his role as a contemporary creator and a perceptive observer of reality rather than merely following trends or chance.

In 2024, the Museo de los Ferrocarriles celebrated the first anniversary of Parque la Plancha by unveiling his piece Del Juego al Progreso, a sculpture crafted from steel and electrostatically painted. He describes it as a playful yet thought-provoking investigation of balance.

William has studied at esteemed institutions like the Royal College of Art in London and has held exhibitions in venues such as the Gran Museo del Mundo in Mérida, the Embassy of Mexico in Tokyo and Art Toronto Fair.
