Manuel Moreno is a member of ProArte y Cultura (Madrid), led by Mayte Spínola. In 2016, he was selected by the Ibero-American Patronage Awards jury to create and present the prizes to Elena Ochoa Foster and Bárbara Garza, patrons of Spanish and Latin American art. His work has been exhibited in spaces such as Bodega 6 Galería (2024), Galería Henry Ponce (2022), Óvalo Galería (2018), Casa de Luis Barragán (2016), and UBS Bank Madrid (2014). Moreno’s paintings have also appeared in international collective exhibitions in Spain, Austria, Monaco, and Mexico. His art forms part of prestigious collections, including those of Elena Ochoa Foster, Bárbara Garza, and the Casa de Alba, reflecting his transatlantic dialogue between Europe and Latin America.
