Florencia was shaped by a creative and inquisitive family whose influence guided her artistic development. Drawn to the arts from an early age, she studied Design at UAM-A, where she discovered in sewing a precise and expressive form of language. Her interest in textiles led her to pursue postgraduate studies at EDINBA, specializing in the field.
For the past nine years, she has lived in Mérida, where she founded her brand and textile studio. Her practice integrates traditional and experimental techniques, offering workshops and fostering collaborations, including projects with Abner Vázquez and his metalwork at OPIA.
Her work is deeply informed by her love of nature, animals, and flamenco — influences that shape both the rhythm and sensibility of her artistic approach.
