Wine Tasting Season Finale

7:00 pm to 9:00 pm  (sorry, no early birds)

The MEL Wine Tasting Committee is rolling out the red carpet and popping corks, making the last tasting of the season a celebration! We’re stepping out of the box and kicking up our heals as we play with iconic food and wine scenes from the movies. Our hosts, retired producers with a Palm Springs flare, are in on the fun. See how we do with Sideways, When Harry Met Sally, and other Hollywood film bits represented by Chef Gerardo Llaca’s hors d’oeuvres and Karina Gamboa’s wine selections. Yes, it’s not your usual wine tasting. 

Tickets are available at the library (cash or credit card) during operating hours starting Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 9:00 AM. Prices for this season are $600/person for MEL members and $700/person for non-members

Each month’s themed tasting features four sommelier-selected wines paired with hors d’oeuvres prepared by a local chef. Special diets are not always possible to accommodate at these catered events. If you have concerns contact MEL at least four days prior to a tasting.
