Who Can Enter?
Everyone! Amateurs, seasoned chefs, pro chili masters, or first-time chili makers—this event is for you. Start thinking of a snappy name for your chili!
What You’ll Make
Prepare 15 liters (about 4 gallons) of your best chili — meat, vegetarian, vegan, tofu, whatever your recipe calls for. Bring it in a pot with a ladle for serving.
*We don’t want you to run out of Chili!
The Competition
Guests will vote for People’s Choice awards - first place winners in both the Amateur and Professional categories.

Send your name, phone number, and email address to chilicookoffmid.cooks@gmail.com.
Additional details
We will provide a stand for your chili pot, sterno to keep it warm, sample cups, signage with your chili’s name, tents, and chairs for your serving area.
Each contestant will receive complimentary event tickets for the contestant and one assistant.
