Playful Physical Exercise Workshop: “Discovering My Inner Strength

A 60-minute fun, movement-based session for children ages 5 to 10 led by a specialized physiotherapist from Sensoria rehab center.

This workshop helps kids develop body awareness, coordination, balance, core strength, emotional expression, and empathy—all through creative play.

What Kids Will Do:

Warm-Up Games – silly leader movements, dragon breathing, and a motor circuit
Strength & Coordination Challenges – balancing while moving, animal walks (frog, bear, crab!)
Core Control Activities – fun exercises like “dead bug” and controlled frog jumps
Creative & Emotional Movement – dance to express feelings + calming relaxation story
