Volunteer at MEL

The Mérida English Library is a non-profit organization run by volunteers. From circulation to inventory to workshops to social events, nothing we do at the library would be possible without a talented and dedicated volunteer staff. Our volunteers take their jobs seriously and this is reflected in the outstanding service and variety of activities you can find at MEL.

Would you like to join our team? We are having an information session on Wednesday July 5 at 10:00 AM in our air-conditioned classroom. You'll hear from our current staff and volunteers about the various volunteer opportunities at MEL and the responsibilities and expectations of each. This information will allow you to find the perfect fit for your interests. We have something for everyone!
