Maaya's art originates from the culture of Yucatán, its customs and traditions. All with pixan characters (in the Mayan language meaning soul, spirit, anima), set in historical places, the streets, and the cemeteries of Yucatán. This gives the possibility that it can be anyone in the past or present, thus achieving memories, and moments which can be nostalgic, fun or even happy.
