Ken’s practice is grounded in a lifelong engagement with visual art and material craft. Trained at the Ontario College of Art and further enriched through art history studies at Oxford University’s Continuing Education program, he has built a multidisciplinary career shaped by illustration, stained glass, and painting. For nearly four decades, he owned and operated his own stained-glass studio, creating ecclesiastical, institutional, and residential commissions that emphasized precision, color, and narrative form.
His work has been exhibited at the MacLaren Art Gallery and Double Door Studio in Barrie, Ontario. Now retired from studio fabrication, Ken devotes himself primarily to oil painting in Merida, where his experience with light, structure, and craftsmanship continues to inform an evolving visual language.
