This year we will be serving our version of the traditional Platillo Fiesta: a mix of a Mexican-style tamal + green spaghetti with garlic and butter + a slice of sandwichón (a popular savory layered “sandwich cake”) + a stuffed conito (pastry filled with meat or salad).
