The Merida English Library is proud to present "Pilates with Bernadette". The facilities at MEL will host this fantastic active program that connects our minds and bodies with different fun exercises.

Bernadette Sanders is an authority in classical dance, and we are excited to allow her to present her knowledge and savoir-faire to get our bodies in motion.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that creates optimal strength through muscle balance and fine-tuning neuromuscular patterns. Here are some of the benefits of Pilates:
