Promoting Animal Welfare in Mérida: Challenges, Solutions, and the Impact of Sterilization - Jorge Kendall is the founder of Ester y Liza, a community organization that mobilizes volunteers to operate sterilization clinics throughout the Yucatan Peninsula.
